  1. New PC. Constant BSODs as I'm installing Win10

I'm going crazy troubleshooting for the past 3 days. I just bought PC parts and built it myself. I used the windows media creation tool to copy a real version of windows from my laptop to a thumb drive. Everything about the PC hardware wise seems to run fine. I've been googling for days but I need feedback.

I usually get the BSOD even before being able to enter my name, country, etc for windows setup. But there were times I would somehow get into the windows desktop( after formatting and reinstalling Win10 over and over), but it would still BSOD 1-5minutes automatically with PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA or IRQL LESS OR NOT EQUAL error. When I had the chance to use bluescreenview to see the dump files. ntoskrnl.exe would be the highlighted error. I can't download or install drivers without it BSOD'ing.

    Things I also noticed:

When copying windows over (at the installation) it would go from 0% to 100% in less than a seconds. Not sure if normal or not.

Under Device Manager > Other Devices > PCI Device (x3) , PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller, SM Bus Controller, Unknown Device (x2) would all be with a Yellow Triangle Warning Sign..

Memory subcategory does not appear in Device manager..

BIOS does not crash, bios is at default, no overclocking, temps seem normal. CPU 31-37 degrees, mobo same,

Things Ive done to trouble shoot, double check cpu, rearrange ram, done windows memory test, chkdsk, changed sata cable, changed power outlet/source, reinstall windows, re-copy windows to usb, formatted ssd, updated bios, overclocked and undo oc for ram.

Someone please if you could help with suggestions

KernelBase.dll is broken constant BSOD's constant game crashing.

    Hi Darry,

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
    • Select Family & other people.
    • Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
    • Name the user as Test.
    • Leave the password field blank.
    • Hit Next.
    • Sign in as Test user.

You may also check this link
