    New PC unable to get verification code


    I need help logging into a new laptop. I can’t get a verification code from Microsoft because the email created was incorrectly setup with a yahoo.org.uk address. I have tried getting a verification code sent to my Microsoft account but it still doesn’t work.My 12 year old son tried to set it up with his school email address and I’m not sure what password he’s used and he seems confused about what happened as well.

    I appreciate your interest on Windows 10.

    To begin with troubleshooting I would like you to answer the following question:

    • Which email client are you using?
    • What exactly do you mean by"I have entered but unfortunately there is email code send to my inbox whatsoever."?
    • Are you not receiving any verification code to your primary account that you have access to?
    • Is your phone number registered to get the verification code?

    Please get back to us with reponse in oreder to assist you accordingly.
