Windows 10: New Snipping Tool Won't Stop Prompting Me to Save Screenshots

How do I disable this constant prompting? It is very annoying. I don't want to save my screenshots. I usually paste them into another application. I have tried turning off and then on the Automatically save screenshots in Settings I guess it's stored in cache?. I want it to stop prompting me when I Exit or take a new screenshot. It doesn't show anything in settings or "don't show me this again". I couldn't even figure out how to take a screenshot of the message, so I opened Snagit. Way better tool. Stop prompting me. You can save a screenshot directly as a .jpeg file in the Snipping tool. You can do that by following these steps:

• 
  Press File.
  
• 
  Select Save As....
  
• 
  Choose a File name.
  
• 
  Select the drop-down besides Save as type.
  
• 
  Select JPEG file.
  
• 
  Press Save.

Windows 10 snipping tool no longer saves

Recently, my Windows 10 snipping tool has stopped saving files. I can do everything in the snipping tool except save or "save as". I don't know when this started, but it's been within the last month. When I snip something and choose "save as", no window
comes up prompting me for a save location. If I snip something and just try to close the tool I'm prompted on whether or not I want to save and even clicking on "Yes" just exits the tool with no save.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd like to know.
