  1. New snipping tool

I used to use snipping tool all the time ..it was great. But now they have changed it.. every time I do a snip the background of the snip is a pinky red colour... No matter what the original colour of the screen I try to snip from. If I try prnt screen it too has this background colour.. I am so annoyed.. This has only just happen. A few days ago before my last update everything was working fine.. Now I cant use any snips because they are all this colour.

I have tried to contact technical support in every possible way.. but cant seem to get through... They wont call back to Fiji where I live..there is no option to put my country code in... Can anyone HELP please.

    :)

The easiest way to make a copy of something is to take a snapshot of your screen by using the Snipping Tool. You can use it to save and share news stories, movie reviews, or recipes. To access the Properties and set a shortcut key for the Snipping Tool, you
    can follow the steps below:

    • Press the Windows key.
    • Type Snipping Tool.
    • Right-click on the Snipping Tool
result, and click Open file location.
    • Right-click on the Snipping Tool shortcut, and click
      Properties
      .
