New start menu in windows 10 is welcome change but still disappointing

After using Windows 10 start menu for some time from early insiders builds to release I feel disappointed.
It lacks features. Comparing Windows 7 right click menu items on start menu item and Windows 10 right click menu shows a lot functionality missing no renaming, copying, deleting etc.. it doesn't update well shortcuts left after uninstalling apps and so on.

So i decided to replace it.
StartIsBack - real start menu for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 is my first choice I had good experience with it in windows 8/8.1

next would be free option classic shell
Classic Shell - Start menu and other Windows enhancements

anyone else thinks that windows 10 start menu is not so good and plans to replace it.

    :)

Start menu is not working on Windows 10

My start menu worked find for more than a year, still works on one of the other users account, but stop working on mind, and I am the administrator; did the new account thank, start menu still does not work. Cortana works, got Microsoft edge to work again,
but not the start menu. How sad, Microsoft can't fix it's own equipment. Really disappointed!

  3. Windows 10 Change default font to other one

    OK, thanks for clarifying.

That's not something that's currently supported for the new Start menu or other parts of the user interface that you mention. If you'd like to provide feedback about that, please do so using the Windows Feedback app that comes in Windows 10.
