    I just set up my surface book 2 but the microphone doesnt work now. The microphone was working when i was setting up the laptop. I have updated all my drivers and disabled and enabled the microphone drivers idk what to do anymore.

    Microphone not working on a brand new Surface Book 2

    Hello,

    I got a brand new Surface book 2 a couple of weeks ago and I just notices that the microphone doesn't work. I tried to use the troubleshooter and it says that my Realtek High Definition Audio (SST) is disconnected. I am surprised since the microphone is
    built-in. Could you please advice me what should I do next?

    microphone on surface book not working

    my speakers work on my new surface book but microphone does not. I have done every thing I know to fix problem. Has anybody else had this problem and were they able to fix it.
