New System, No Built In WIFI?

I thought when I bought all my compnents for my new system that it would have built in Wifi already. I mean, it's 2021, right? MB is Asus Prime Z390-P. Is it the MB that has the Wifi? The box doesn't mention it. I'm running a little USB WIFI dongle and the connection keeps cutting out. The dongle is quite warm. Also, when I built the house, I ran CAT 6 wires throughout. I have a router on every floor and my Ethernet connection is not working. Cords are good. I made them all from Cat 6 wire and tested them all. I have a half dozen or so. The last time the ISP provider's tech was here, he added another jack, a surface mount jobbie beside my wall jack. I can't remember why. All I know is he has two phone lines running from the modem, one to his jack and one to my wall jack. Also on my wall jack, it's a double, and the second outlet goes to the router. The blue wire in pics below from the modem to the wall jack feed the router, which feeds the other two routers in the house. Then they feed all the wall jacks in the house. Question is does anyone know if these wires are plugged into the modem are in the correct holes? Any other magic to know about with routers and stuff? Rebooting?? Gawd, I hate this stuff. I just want to plug my desktop into the wall for the best possible signal.

    :)

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account

    Hello,
Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
