Windows 10: New Toolbars on the Taskbar Load very slow the first time after boot.

I Have created two new toolbars on my taskbar and when first opened, they load very slow in Win 10 Pro 1803 on a fast computer.


I remember this issue occurred in a previous Windows version - maybe XP - but I don't recall where the tweak was but it was a setting to change the load time.

taskbar items are taking time to load

i am facing a slow down problem in my pc .while booting pc;it is taking much time to load and when windows is loaded the taskbar items are taking much time to load .i wait for it to load.without loading it i cant do nothing .is this normal or any hardware
or software issue.please assist me to solve this issue.

 

Modification date of link files (lnk) is updated when clicked, and if they are in a toolbar

I'm on Windows 10, and I customized a toolbar in my taskbar, with links to programs (Notepad, Paint, Calc, ...). The steps I followed are:

• Create a folder MyToolbar
• In this folder, add the shortcuts to notepad.exe (notepad.lnk) and mspaint.exe (mspaint.lnk)
• Right click on the taskbar, chose Toolbar, then New Toolbar
• Chose the folder MyToolbar
• A new toolbar is created in the taskbar

Every time I click on one of these icons to launch a program, for example Notepad, the modification date of notepad.lnk in the folder MyToolbar is updated.

This is annoying: because of this behavior, the synchronization program I use updates this file each time I click on it.

Can you reproduce this bug? Any solution?
