Windows 10: New User Mysteriously Added?

So a while back, I went to restart my pc, and I got a message that said something along the lines of "another user is still using this pc, if you sign out now they may lose work". I had never seen this before, so after googling the meaning, I checked the Users under task manager and found another account called "WGAUtilAcc". This is a personal computer no one else has access to. Upon looking the username up I found a lot of stuff about virus removal. Is this something I should be worried about? It takes up a significant amout of RAM, and sometimes CPU, so if theres a way to remove it, please let me know. Thanks all

windows 10 - Microsoft Store & Adding new user

Hi,

Creating or adding new user account is one possible troubleshooting step that you can perform whenever you are encountering problems with Windows Store. Through this, we can identify if there are corrupted files in the current user that causes problem with
