Windows 10: New Verizon G3100 Dual Band Router constant wifi problems Wif Cuts out

About 2 weeks ago I upgraded my Verizon plan and got their package that replaced my old router with their new Dual Band G3100. Ever since that I've got intermittent wifi cutting out then restoring. This time it cut out and I had to reboot the router to get wifi back. Never had this with the other router. I go to my router page to get in to check the setting and it wont respond after I put in the password. I have to reset my router to get in. If I try right after that to get in again the page wont respond when I click on enter after my pass word. I've tried for 2 weeks to get through to Verizon tech support and after waiting 45 minutes several times and phones dying , just gave up! I' tried their tech support using Twitter and gave that up after they had me constantly doing the same things over and over that didnt work. They couldn't under stand I had wifi but I couldn't get into the router page. It's unbelievably frustrating. I posted on the Verizon Forum page and nobody has replied. This is their newest router. The Twitter support kept telling me to use the MyFios app and I had to keep telling them it doesnt work on Windows 10 laptops its for Android phones and tablets. They have never come out with one for Windows and dont seem to really care.

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas why the router page wont function unless I reset the router and why the router is cutting out at times. I have an Lenovo Ideapad 320 ABR AMD A12 Pross.running Windows 10 version 1909. I've ran the Lenovo diagnostics for my wifi card and it passes. I was wondering if I should just reinstall the router again as of I just received it?
