Windows 10: New Windows 11 Laptop with an SSD

HI.I have just got a new W11 laptop with an SSD. I have read in many places including here that SSDs' should not be defragged. I am absolutely fine with that.Is it necessary that I should disable disk defrag and optimise to prevent this or is it true as i read in another post here that Windows will not defrag an SSD anyway?Is there anything else i should do to get the most out of my new machine?Thx in advanceR

window 11 can't boot after install new ssd m2

hello, im using window 11 but when i install new ssd, window can't boot with error " an operating system wasn't found. all of my disk are list in bios, i try chosse disk with window to boot but it doesn't work. but when i remove new ssd, everything work fine. already try with window 10 and it work too so i think it's win 11 problem. can u guy help me pls.

 

SSD stops and freezes laptop

Couple of updates:

1. I created a Linux boot USB key, and monitored my SSD under Linux, so this is evidently not a Windows issue, and
2. I loaded new firmware for the SSD, and my system seems to be functioning normally now. What a pleasure using a PC that doesn't consistently freeze up.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
