Windows 10: New Wireless BlueTooth Earphones Unable to Connect To PC, "We didn't get any response from...

Hi, everyone.


Yesterday I bought a set of wireless earphones called the TaoTronics Soundliberty 53 TaoTronics TT-BH053 and ran into issues when I tried to pair it using Bluetooth with my laptop, which was my main intended use. Every time I tried, my computer gave me the message "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again."

I know it is not an issue with the earphones as I have had no trouble connecting them to other devices via Bluetooth.



These are the following solutions that I have tried:

1. Updating Windows.

2. Updating my Bluetooth drivers - Potentially did this wrong. Feel free to give me a step-by-step guide on how to do it so I can tell whether I did it properly. I may ask stupid questions, haha.

3. Disconnecting all USB devices and the charging cord from my laptop, shutting it down for 2 minutes and then trying to connect with my computer remaining unplugged.

4. Connecting through Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.

5. Checked if my computer's Bluetooth is compatible with the earphones Bluetooth - I'm pretty sure it is, but maybe I got confused so we can try this again too.


*Will update if I remember any solutions I have forgotten to mention that I have tried and failed.


One solution I have not yet tried is resetting my computer. I understand that resetting will keep my personal files, but delete all apps that did not originally come with the computer. So I am hesitant to do that. I will try it if there's nothing else that can be done.

I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly verify if this is the first time that you will connect the wireless earphone to your computer. Have you tried connecting the wireless earphones to another device? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? Which
operating system are you using?

Meanwhile, you can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows 10 device:

1. On the Start menu, type Troubleshoot and then hit
   Enter.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems, click Hardware and Devices, and then select
   Run the troubleshooter.

I have a wireless earphone which is Bluetooth enabled. I cannot pair/connect my device with my laptop.

Connecting my Earphones via Bluetooth

I am unable to connect my earphones to my Matebook x pro, I was wondering if it was cause I had already connected them to my own phone, as it wont even appear to the list of devices available for Bluetooth.
