    Newest Update has removed antivirus please help..?


    The newest update has removed my kaspersky internet security and each time i download and reinstall it the pc restarts to finish setup and the app is not installed.

    in the bottom right icons when i press the arrow i have no tile showing windows security and in settings the whole securitypage is blank.


    My laptop was absoloubtly fine before this.

    And when going into recovery to delete everything and reset pc I just get "there was a problem trying to reset PC" "cancel"


    When I press windows update history it doesnt load either.


    Can anyone help?

    help remove avg antivirus

    I am trying to update latest windows update but am told to remove avg antivirus . cant find this anywhere in programs or files. any suggestions

    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
