Windows 10: Newest windows 10 security update

So idk if I'm the only one since I didn't see anyone start a topic on this recently, but the newest Windows 10 security update(I got it today) slowed down my PC drastically, after uninstalling it my boot speed cut down 3x and my startup booted normally, while with the update the boot was upwards of 2 min still not finished and it was extremely slow the whole time, laggy, apps turning on EXTREMELY slowly.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
