Windows 10: Newly built PC won't install Windows 10

System:


Gigabyte Z370 D3P 1151300 series

Intel I5-9600 3.7ghz 6 core processor 1151 300 series

G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB 4 x 8GB 288-Pin

GAMEMAX RGB-850W


I am using a USB from microsoft, I get to picking either 64-bit or the 32-bit install, afterwards it freezes on loading. I have tried 3 different HHDs, 4 SSD, and even replaced every SATA cable 3 times over. I ran memtest86 to check hardware malfuctions, can up empty handed, I used media creation tool and rufus with a direct iso, no changes. I have wiped CMOS and bios settings back to default, no changes. I updated the bios, and tried to modify settings to make sure that the USB was the only partition and the UEFI was enabled, no changes. I did all this with only 1 stick of memory because i remember reading somewhere that can help run tests, I have racked my brain with all known possibilities both on the web and in my head that could even be close to my problem, nothing comes to mind.


I just wanted to make sure i posted everything i have already done so there's no confusion on what i can do next. Is there anything i can do? My hope is that it is not the mb

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
