Windows 10: "News and interests" Weather widget not auto updating/refreshing

Discus and support "News and interests" Weather widget not auto updating/refreshing in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; The weather widget shows the same temperature all day, unless manually refreshed.     "News and interests" Weather widget not auto updating/refreshing


    The weather widget shows the same temperature all day, unless manually refreshed. What's the point of it then? Please fix.

    Foreca Weather Widget

    Yeah I know this "News and interests" Weather widget not auto updating/refreshing :) obviously I have to add widget not shortcut but I can not see Foreca Weather in the widget list, it just shown in the shortcuts list.

    Windows 10’s taskbar is getting a big update with new weather and news widget - The Verge
    To disable the taskbar news widget, use these steps:

    • Right-click the taskbar on Windows 10.
    • Select the News and interests menu and choose the Hidden option. Disable taskbar News and Interests.
    • (Optional) Select the Show icon only option if you want to keep the widget using less space in the taskbar.

    N8 Weather widget

    AccuWeather widget auto update when set online on my N8.

    If it doesn't work on your N8, try getting Psiloc World Traveller. It does have weather forecast that you can set to auto update daily, every 12 hr or 6 hr.
