Windows 10: NFL App not working Windows 10

I downloaded the NFL app from the windows store onto my laptop. When I load it it says "There was an error processing your request, please try again later". I have checked previous peoples posts who have had the issue and tried all the ways suggested to fix but it doesn't work. I have reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it and done other troubleshoots but it always comes up with that message when I load the app. What do I do?

NFL on Windows app

I downloaded the NFL on Windows on my Windows 10 pc. When I open it the speakers have constant static noise. I can then close the app and try to open any other sound like You Tube, my music or what ever and it has the same noise. My speakers will only
work normally after I restart the computer. As soon as I open NFL on Windows again the same thing happens. Anyone have any suggestions? I even uninstalled it and then re-installed with the same problem.

 

NFL on Windows will not install

I made a new account and was able to download the NFL on Windows app.

So what is causing it not to work on my account. I really don't want to have to use a new account just to use the NFL app. Would not be very useful being that this new account does not have all my other files. Any suggestions will
be greatly appreciated.
