Windows 10: Night Light Mode and Webcam Software Applications

This may be a dumb question but can the Night Light mode in Windows affect webcam overlay applications such as Manycam. Manycam takes over your camera in that you can select it like any other available webcam and you can add various effects and filters.

My last couple of calls using Manycam led to complaints of washed out or faded video on my end. I've realized that Night Light was on. Could that have been a reason?

Can't find night light mode in display.

Hey guys,

I just got this HP windows 10 laptop, and I tried to enable the night light function to help filter the blue light to protect my eyes from getting sore. I followed every steps online, "setting-display-night light mode"..but I reached to the "customize your display" instead of "display", and there's no such a thing called "night light"(pic shown as below). I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem, bring me back to the normal display setting to get my favourite night light turned on. Thank you!

 

Night Light/Dark Mode Task Scheduler

What I'm trying to achieve is really quite simple.

I want to create 2 tasks:

1. When I turn on the night light, dark default app mode is enabled
2. When I turn off the night light, light default app mode is enabled

I don't really have any experience with creating tasks in Task Scheduler so I'd appreciate some pretty in-depth help

Can't find night light mode in display.

It's under Settings>System. Click the Action Center bottom right, and click All Settings. Click System.






EDIT: I just noticed that it's a laptop. I don't think the laptop displays can't do night light.
