Windows 10: NMI_Hardware_Failure stop erro5r

We have a Dell Vostro 430 that is crashing several times a month. NMI_Hardware_Failure. I did a chat session with a Windows Independent Advisor who directed me to this site. I have done a mini-dump, and have zipped it into a smaller file. I have uploaded both the zip file as well as the original file to my onedrive folder. Here is the link to the files:

TDR is theTimeout, Detection, and Recovery
component in Windows.What happens is the Graphics Display driver for the installed graphics card stops responding. When this happens, windows will stop and restart the driver to fix the problem.

The most common reason for this issue is that the graphics device is being overloaded or used beyond its capabilities.

This happens most often when playing graphic intensive games, but can happen with any process that uses a large amount of graphic resources, such as when editing or creating videos.

I also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall video card drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Printing stopped with November upgrade

I would suggest you check if the print spooler is running. Start/Stop print spooler service. Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  From the list, locate Print Spooler service.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and select Stop.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, repeat step 1&2.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and check if the service is started.
