    Hello everybody. I know it's an old thread, but this might work for some of you.
    Make sure your keyboard is plugged in an USB 2.0 port and not an USB 3.0 port.
    I do have a logitech G19 with a lot of LED-ligths and I could see that win10 does not recognize it in the early state of booting, but it works like a charm when I use an USB 2.0 port.
    Hope to save a few people from just a little frustration ;O)
