    NO BOOTABLE DEVICE


    Hello everyone,

    About 3 months ago, I accidentally dropped my windows 10 laptop onto the ground. Afterwards its screen was broken and I had it repaired.

    However, since I brought it back home, it has not been processing very well. I always have to wait for it for about 5-15 mins to respond whenever I start a program.

    Unfortunately, last night, everything went wrong. When I was working on Chrome, my laptop suddenly stopped working. The screen turned into black for a long time so I impatiently shut it down by pressing on the power button. When I started it again, there was only "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE" on the screen.

    I was freaking out so I restarted by pushing on power button again. This time, it said "Preparing for... impairment?" (I can't figure it out now), and later it posed two options: "Trouble shooting" or "Turn off the PC". I didn't know what to do so I chose to shut it down. Now I'm very scared and I really need your help. I'm a student and I don't have much knowledge of technology.

    Multi-bootable USB

    Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

    I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

    The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

    1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
    2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
    3. MemTest86+

    Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!

    Ipod bootable drive?

    I want to know if I can make my ipod a usb bootable drive.. will it mess up my ipod? I need to flash my video card back to normal.. Neros bootable cd gave me an error. I used a step by step guide, but thats another story.

    computer is not booting a black screen come
    up with this message bootable device not found i have properly attached my all cables even then my bios show that sata ports empty no hdd found
