    Is this new build an insider one that may hit soon ? Or one for the masses? I must admit I don't like the unpredictably of the updates / released. At least with patch Tuesday you knew where you stood once a month - one day out of the whole month where you cross your toes and fingers and hope it'll go ok! At the moment everyday feels like Russian roulette

    If you're not an Insider, ignore this. It's only for Redstone builds, currently 14316. Public (current) is not referred to as a "build", but as a version, currently 10586 TH2 (November Update), normally updated on 2nd of each much (emergency hotfixes anytime).
