  1. No disk found in USB drive?

The drive was working fine until it was formatted. Now when I try to open it, it tells me to "Please insert a disk into USB drive D:."The drive is recognized by my computer and lists it in both Device Manager and Disk Management with an allocated space. I assume something must have went wrong while formatting but I didn't receive any error messages for it. Is there anyway I can fix this so I can use the drive?

    :)
