Windows 10: No Display until 3 boot loops

Hello,I encountered a strange issue today. I turned my work PC off for lunch. I returned to find that no display was being shown on either of my monitors. I plugged my TV in with HDMI and still no display. I moved my PC to the downstairs TV and the same thing.I noticed one of my surge protected extensions no longer had the "surge" light glowing, so I swapped over to another I had with a good light. Still my PC wouldn't display anything.Oddly enough after 3 reboots using the PC case' power button holding for 10 seconds to turn off, the computer boots normally. It follows this patternower bu

Boot loop

Hi Terri,

This issue occurs when there are broken components on the boot configuration data of your system. To troubleshoot your boot loop issue, we suggest that you boot in
safe mode through the Windows
Recovery Environment option. To do this, follow these steps:

• Turn on your computer. When the Windows logo appears, unplug and replug the device. Perform these steps three times.
• On the fourth instance, turn on your device without unplugging it. The Windows Recovery Environment window will appear.
  
• On the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advance options.
• Click Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the F4 key to start your computer in
  safe mode.
  

Once done, we suggest that you perform a system restore after booting in safe mode. System Restore will be able to revert your PC or laptop to their previous state, which can be used to repair and recover system malfunctions or issues. Restoring won’t affect
your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start button, and then select
Control Panel.

2. Search Control Panel for
Recovery.

3. Select Recovery > Open
System Restore > Next.

4. Choose the restore point related to the problematic
app, driver, or update, and then select
Next > Finish.

Windows 10 Repair Boot Loop

• Did the issue occur even after removing the USB wireless mouse?

Display was not migrated

Hi,

I understand the above solution didnt work so as to next step in solving your issue I suggest you follow the below.

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Device Manager

Step 2:

Under Device Manager expand Display Adapter

Step 3:

Right-click on Adapters listed one by one and select Properties

Step 4:

Select the Drivers tab

Step 5:

Click on Uninstall Device

Step 6:

Repeat step 3 to 5 for all listed adapters under Display Adapter

Step 7:

Restart PC and verify
