    Here is what is going on, I can't seem to print any document from Word, but I was able to print something from a browser. Why would that be happening?

    Printing Word Document

    Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

    Any suggestions??

    printing a document

    Hi John,

    A factor why you're unable to print properly is due to incorrect printer options. We recommend that you make sure that your printer is selected properly. Follow the steps below:

    • Open your document in Word > Hit Ctrl + P.
    • Under Printer, select your printer from the drop-down menu.
    • Select Print.

    Let us know the status of the issue.
