    No Downloads because Battery Saver is On, but it Isn't On


    I have a new lenovo combo tablet/laptop with windows 10 x64. It says there are downloads available, but isnt' downloading them because battery saver is on. however, battery saver isn't on (it's definitely switched off!)

    Does this mean the Battery level isn't really at 80% ?

    .. because the action should become effective once the Battery is less than 20%

    No there isn't because that makes no sense. Battery saver is for when you are low on battery power......once it gets charged you no longer need it.
