Windows 10: No driver for Microsoft Surface Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID for Windows ARM64-PCs?

I would like to use my Microsoft Surface Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID with my new Surface Laptop 7th Generation. The only way I can do this, is by connecting the keyboard to the PC by using a USB-cable. When turning on the keybord, the paring-message does not appear and no Bluetooth-Connection between the laptop an the keyboard can be established. I was also googleing for the right driver, but I could noch find any driver for Windows ARM64-based Copilot+ PCs. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID pairs to your Windows 10 PC using the in-box USB cable. To pair your Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID, follow the steps below.

Notes:

Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID requires Windows 10, and a PC that supports Bluetooth 4.0, Bluetooth LE, or Bluetooth Smart. Before pairing the keyboard, please make sure that Windows is updated to the latest version. For info on how to check for Windows Updates, see Windows Update FAQ.

Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID installer isn't compatible with Windows 10 ARM-based PCs, such as Surface Pro X. Get more info on Windows 10 ARM-based PCs.

Connect the in-box USB cable to your Surface or Windows 10 device and your keyboard.

Note: This is also how you charge Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID. You may need to charge the keyboard at first use. While charging, the white LED above the up arrow key will blink. When fully charged, the white LED will be solid on. When your batteries are low and need to be charged, a red LED will blink.

Turn on your Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID by sliding the power switch to on.

On your Surface or Windows 10 PC, tap the pop-out toast notification message that appears in the bottom right corner of your screen. The keyboard driver will then download/install and automatically pair Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID to your Surface or Windows 10 PC.

If you miss the toast notification message, or are unable to tap on it, turn the keyboard off and on to restart the pairing process.

Not possible to set up Windows Hello Fingerprint with Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID

Hi,

I can't set up Windows Hello Fingerprint with my Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID.

Windows Hello is configured well and works with Face Recognition but unfortunately not with Fingerprint.

The Fingerprint "Set up" button is greyed out.

I did some research and found several articles with a similar issue (not exactly with the Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID).

The solution was always to reinstall the biometric driver or to install the newest available driver.

I uninstall my biometric driver and also downloaded and installed the newest driver for Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID (KeyboardwithFingerprintIDInstaller_64bit_ENG_1.0.162 / Microsoft Modern Keyboard with Fingerprint ID)
but this doesn't solved my problem, the Fingerprint "Set up" button is still greyed out.

Don't helped me either.

The biometric driver name is:

"Keyboard Bluetooth Fingerprint Sensor"

Obviously there is something going on, because when I uninstall the driver, I don't have anymore the Fingerprint section. Reinstall the driver the Fingerprint section is available again but as I mentioned it's greyed out.

Is there maybe a pending update of this driver for the Windows 10 (1809)?

Did I missed something?
