Does Windows Dynamic Light Support Bluetooth devices?

Hi Rione, I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand your concern. Could you clarify if you're able to connect via Bluetooth but dynamic lighting is not working?

It might not be supported for now. Could you provide the model of your mouse?

For a list of supported devices, please refer to this link and check under the Mouse section and General compatible devices section: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw...

  3. Dynamic Lighting Breaking the RGB of my connected devices

    Hi MK.

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

In your description, after you connect your keyboard to Dynamic Lighting and turn it on, it destroys the RGB and turns off. This is happening with all of your devices.

First of all, to be clear, not all devices have the ability to adapt to dynamic lighting.

You can read about it in the link below.

Dynamic lighting devices | Microsoft Learn

I noticed that you are in the settings and registry as well as turning it off and removing it, then please restart your computer as some registry changes need to be restarted for the computer to take effect. Then check again if you have the same problem.

If the problem still occurs, then please refer to the following steps to turn off hardware acceleration and try again.

1 Tap the Windows key and I key at the same time to open Settings

2 Click System on the left side and Display on the right side

3 Scroll down the mouse and find Graphics, click on it to open it.

4 Click "Change default graphics settings" in the default settings section.

5 Turn off Optimizations for windowed games and see if you still have problems after that.

If the problem still occurs, it could be caused by a conflict with some third-party software. To troubleshoot this possibility, I recommend trying a clean boot which starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step.

Please try this in a clean boot to see if the same problem occurs.

If the problem still occurs in a clean boot, then it may be that your device does not support Dynamic Lighting, or there is some compatibility issue, please contact your keyboard or mouse or other device manufacturer's support staff, let them provide you with relevant advice, or perform relevant checks on your device.

I hope the above content can help you, if you have any other questions, please continue to contact me, thank you for your support and understanding.

    Best regards,

Does Windows Dynamic Light Support Bluetooth devices?

Hi John, the mouse I'm using is a Razer Basilisk V3 pro supported by Dynamic Light. I can connect Via Bluetooth but switching from 2.4ghz to BT Dynamic lighting will not detect the mouse.
