Windows 10: No help files Office 2010 (F1)

Windows 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1110) Microsoft Access Professional 2010 v 14.0.7268.5000 (64-bit) Hello If I want help files in Access 2010 pressing F1 I am getting the following error box: I have follow all the steps in this threat but nothing works https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...c-68b599b31bf5 Update my "help" files backup are still in Microsoft Help.old but some new help files files were created in Microsoft Help C:\Programdata Please Help

Update: My "help" files backup are still in Microsoft Help.old but some new help files files were created in Microsoft Help (Do not work)
C:\Programdata

Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to uninstall/reinstall Office 2010 and check if this helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on programs and Features, right click on the Office and
  uninstall it.
  
• 
  Now try reinstalling it again and check.
