No Internet Access, but yes there is

As recommended by Dell last spring we blocked all Microsoft URL's at the firewall level to prevent further Meltdown issues from downloading faulty updates. A month ago after extensive vetting of 1803 we removed these blocks and updated all computers successfully. We were very satisfied with the results. However, over the last few weeks additional updates have bought aggravation in printing and internet access. The most prevalent issue is the internet. There is a yellow triangle in the tool try stating "no internet access". By clicking the icon the Settings - Network Status window is open also stating "no internet access". However, the text goes on to say "your device is connected, but you might not be able to access anything on the network." However, all the computers displaying this message so far can access the internet normally without issue. Connection is sometimes preceded by failure which is resolved by refreshing the connected yet the "no internet access" triangle remains. Just another MS glitch. Thanks, Ed.

    :)

Guidance needed to setup my Home PC access over Internet through browser

I wasn't giving steps on how to get RDP working, that is covered plenty of other places, I just give the steps to make it secure.

RDP. If they aren't tracking your Web browsing, I doubt they are going to track RDP.

And if you start the session from the command prompt it doesn't even put the address in the MRU list.

Though the question that needs to be asked now is, what are you using for your VM lab?
