Windows 10: no internet connection

HI I have a problem,I don't have internet connection on one of my laptops,is funy the laptops are connected with a modem and the router(the router is D-Link model DIR-615),one laptop is working great internet is ok,but the other laptop no internet,itry chenge the Ethernet cable,no luck,iconnected direct to the modem nathing hapen,i did network troubleshooting,and when finish said ETHERN ET DOESN'T HAVE A VALID CONFIGURATION.

Iuninstalled the network adapter and reinstalled in DEVICE MANAGER,nathing hapen,Ireset the router ,nathing hapen,itrying reset the TCP/IP in command prompt (Admin)doing netsh winsock reset,then i did netsh int ip reset ,nathing hapen,then i try clear network cache but can do it because MEDIA is not CONNECTED.

Apreciate any tip how to fix it.this laptop is an HP Pavilion dv6929nr Notebook PC,HP no longer give me support because is an older pc,it was working gtear yesterday and sedenly this is hapen thanks for any help

Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
