  1. no local pc's listed under "Network"...

Well, to make a long story short, i finally got the list of PC's on my home network to show up under the Network folder in file manager. I had lost everything except media devices. Had to reset the network a couple times to get everything back again. I only have 2 PC's on the network, mine and my wife's. Mine is showing shared devices and is accessible from her PC. However, when I try to open her laptop to show shared folders i get:

"Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found."

Diagnose shows no errors. I don't know where to look or what could be wrong. I indicates that the name of the PC might be spelled wrong but i didn't enter it, it located it itself???

    :)

My PC is not listed in Network

Hi Eagle51 & thanks for quick response

I am very grateful for your help

1 was not enabled. I enabled it and restarted the HT-PC, but now the HT-PC is not visible in Network list on any computer.

...then i run 2 and both was true.

    Next step?

Ethernet Light Orange/ "Local Area Network" Not in Network List

Last night I noticed my ethernet light on the back of my computer was orange. I did some research to find the reason. Some websites said it was an increased connection speed. Others said a problem with the connection.
The local area network is no longer in the list of network connections and the other computer in my house has a green light on the ethernet port.
I've used all the cmd.exe ipconfig steps suggested by websites. Flush dns, reset dns, etc. I've also used the network troubleshooter in windows10 which told me a problem was not found.
Nothing seems to change the light back to green. Can someone help me find the problem so I can fix it?

Cannot install local/network HP 1102 printer. administrator keeps blocking app.

    Hi Chris,

    • Is your Printer connected to a Local network or Domain network?
    • Do you get any error message?
As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the same issue occurs here as well.

    Here are the steps:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Choose Accounts and then select
      Family and other users
      .
    • Select add someone else on this PC.
    • Enter a user name and hit next.
    • Click on Finish.
    • Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Kindly get back to us with the above information and status of the issue to assist you further.

    Thank You.
