    I posted feedback titled "No "New Mail" notifications".

    BTW, not every time but sometimes when I click the Notification icon in Taskbar, the new messages are shown:

    However, for instance for the message shown in above screenshot now "New Mail" alarm sound or pop-up notification was not shown.

    Also try: Windows Feature Suggestions.
    Although either forum can be saturated or vote spammed, the forums do give people a way to submit feedback without using the Feedback App.

    I've noticed that lots of MS stuff (web pages, apps) have a feedback option - you might look at the settings or links to see if feedback is available for that app or page. If you use that (I did for some Bing feedback), you should identify that you're using the Tech Preview - MS might already know that by collecting data with the feedback, but I don't know how the feedback mechanism works.

    If I developed it, the feedback would also collect data from events, logs, WER, and possibly dumps ... but I didn't develop it *Wink
