Windows 10: NO MEMORY LEFT ON MY HP STREAM LAPTOP

how can I USE MY EXTERNAL HARDRIVE TO PUT UPDATESONTO IT.? I HAVE ONLY 500MG LEFT ON LAPTOP WITH NO VIDEOS OR PICS OR ANY REAL CONTENT

I have the HP Stream 13 notebook and with all the windows updates I have no memory left on this laptop. Help

If I delete the Office 365 program from my laptop will I lose microsoft excel and Word? Those are the only things I use and I need to free up space. I have the HP Stream 13 notebook With all the windows10 updates I have no room left on this laptop. Most
of the app updates I get wont complete cause there is no memory. Any suggestions to fix this? I just brought this Computer 6 months ago and since it is now Windows 10 its a nightmare.

To further assist you, we suggest that you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Refer to the steps provided below:

• On the Start screen, type memory.
• Click Settings and then click the result Diagnose your computer's memory problems.
• Select the option to run the tool.

We also suggest you to temporarily disable the antivirus as it consumes more memory and then try to upgrade.
