Windows 10: No more dark mode search in Insider Preview 21354 (Dev)

Just upgraded to 21354. Everything is working phenomenally and overall it's a great update. Something I'm having an issue with is dark mode search. It's one of the main reasons I opted into Insider. But dark mode search is gone. I looked on the Windows Insider Blog and I don't remember this being a known issue. I, obviously, tried restarting multiple times but nothing. I also tried resetting Search through PowerShell. I am rebuilding the index right now and that might fix stuff, but nothing so far. I thought it was corrupt system files, so I ran sfc /scannow, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, and still nothing. No corrupt system files. I don't know why this is happening and would just like to fix it as soon as I can. Also, when I open Search it is in dark mode but when I actually begin to search for something that's when it becomes light.

Windows 10 Insider Preview Dev Build 20251.1 (fe_release) - Nov. 4 Insider

Trying to remember the steps I took. On dark mode the properties window was black on black. Changed to light mode and still properties was black on black. Couldn't change accent colour. Rebooted and then changed back to dark mode. Has worked here.
