  1. No more log in screens for train wifi

I have a small HP stream that runs on windows 10. I can no longer connect to wifi on my commute because the browsers won't load up the log in web pages. In the beginning i got the Microsoft warning that i could click advance to get around but now i get nothing. It wont even open a browser. Very frustrating as i spend up to five hours a day on trains

    :)

    Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

    Student WiFi Log In

    Hi Sean,

The authentication failed error that you encounter when connecting to a local WiFi can be related to a change on the device firmware caused by the recent update. As an initial step to fix your concern, we suggest that you reset the connection by following
    these steps:

    • Click the Start menu

      .
    • Select Network & Internet.
    • Click on WiFi and select Manage known networks.
    • Under the list of networks, select the affected WiFi connection.
    • Select Forget.

Once you're done, reconnect to the WiFi and check if the issue persist.

Let us know should you need further assistance.
