  1. No notification USB has been ejected

When I used to eject my USB I knew that it was done because the screen closed down and I also heard a sound.

Recently when I eject my USB nothing happens to notify me that I can remove it.

I know that it is not a good idea to just remove it but in the meantime what should I do?

I have checked all my notifications and all seems correct.

I then tried the Help Assistant but he/she keeps telling me to check my notifications....

Check for what? Please help me.

    :)

Missing Eject in "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" List

    Hi Tze Lin Wong,

The configuration to this can be found under settings. To enable this feature follow these steps:

    1. Right-click the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
    2. Under Notification Area, choose
Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
    3. Scroll to Windows Explorer: Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
      and turn it on.

If this doesn't work, I suggest that you check with your USB drive manufacturer for new drivers or other updates.

    All the best.
