Windows 10: No operating system found

I installed Ubuntu on a USB SSD some time ago, and then to make use of the SSD I later on formatted it, and put it directly in my system. At the time I didn't know that it wasn't the right way of doing it, and so my PC entered grub rescue mode every time the SSD was detected. But then I found out the issue and I used a Ubuntu live installation disk to restore the Windows boot manager.

Using boot-repair I switched back to the windows 10 boot manager located in my Windows drive. Or so I thought

I thought this would be the end of my problems... Now my computer says there is no operating system found.

I did some research, and so the first thing I tried is hooking up a Windows install disk and try repairing the system. Startup repair didn't work
When I typed list volume in Diskpart it gave me this :

Has anyone been in the same situation ? Any advice ?

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

To better assist you, do let us the complete message that you receive.

Sometimes, this could be due to two operating system installed in your computer. Just to make sure this is not the case, I suggest you to try the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type msconfig and press enter.

3. Click the "boot" tab and check if there are any other operating system listed.

4. In addition, change the timeout time to 3 seconds(default)

need list of usb bootable Operating Systems

I am looking for a good list of operating systems you can run from a usb or dvd.

If not a list, then folks can just post their top picks.

I want these to run from the usb/dvd without installing on the system or getting in the way of the system that exists on the hard drive.
