    No option to disable Fast Startup


    Good going, now you know nothing is broken and it would work if you wanted it. Why it was off to begin with, who knows. Ask a few here why, and they'll tell that "stuff happens" when your working with a computer. In a lot of cases I give up on the "why" and just concentrate on the "how" do I fix it.
