Windows 10: no option to print in color in photo gallery

On my Microsoft Surface Pro, there are issues with printing that I don't have on my laptop. Using Photo Gallery, there is no option to print in color or black and white. I click on Advanced settings and there is nothing there allowing me to change color printing. All the photos come out in black and white. Under Photos the new photos viewer I believe I can change to color but it will not apply and prints in black and white. It's frustrating and I end up having to email my photos to open on my laptop so I can print them in color. Sometimes I just prefer using the Surface Pro, esp if I'm going somewhere. My laptop is an old 17 inch Gateway that doesn't do well as a traveling device.

Unable to find print option.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.
