Windows 10: No option to turn off palmcheck in windows 10?

Hi, ive scoured every corner of the internet but cant get any sort of solid answer on this. Across the board ive seen that synaptics driver settings no longer appear under advanced mouse options in windows 10. I checked every laptop at best buy and couldnt find one that gave an option to disable palmcheck. I need this in order to play games and perform certain functions that use the keyboard and mouse simultaneosly since im disabled and can only use one arm. This seems like something that should be a simple setting but im incredibly frustrated to find that its either been removed or hidden away, its such a blow to anyone with an impairment. Id love to know if theres any official way to reach this setting, or if id have to do some complicated digging into the computer to fix this. Any information would help!

What is the model of your hp laptop?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to change the setting in device manager:

◾Go to Control Panel tile.
◾Click on the Mouse icon.

◾Go to TouchPad Settings tab, and click on ClickPad Settings Or open the Device Settings tab then Settings.

◾Under Pointer, click on PalmCheck-Enhanced and hit the gear icon.

◾In PalmCheck-Enhanced properties, go to the PalmCheck section and move the slider to ON, and hit Close button

◾Next, Click OK.
