Windows 10: No permission (copy, paste, delete) on my FreeBox Server

Hello,
I'm connected to my FreeBox Server (Box-Internet Provider) via ethernet cable.
Until few day ago, I used Win7 Explorer and I had all permissions to copy, paste, delete... all files in that FreeBox.
Today, by using Win10 I have only a Read permission. No more copy, paste, delete...
Moreover, the FreeBox Properties doesn't give any additional option (see bellow image).

Is any how to get back all permission as with Win7?

COPY AND PASTE

We need more information about your concern so that we can identify the cause of the copy and paste issue. Please provide the following:

• What browser are you using?
• Is this issue happening with a specific website?

We suggest trying to do the same function (Copy and Paste) using a different browser and using other website as well.

Windows 10 Apps folder Permission to copy and paste files DENIED

Hi,

To help you resolve the issue, we suggest to set permission to 'Everyone'. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Right click on the main folder and choose 'Properties'.
• Click the 'Security' tab .
• Look towards the bottom right hand side and click 'Advanced'.
• Click the 'Owner' tab and click 'Edit'.
• Under Owner, click on 'Change' link.
• Type 'Everyone' and click on Apply and OK.
• Now, click on 'Edit' button.
• Under 'Permission for SYSTEM', place a check mark on all the Allow.
• Click on 'Apply' and 'OK'.
