well my ask me to make sure his laptop as nothing left on it so he can sell itI started the reset process and fell asleep on it and since even trying taking battery out with power no power still nothing and of course I didn't do a backup disc⁹can you help pleasethank you that on a hp laptop model 15-dy0009ca
