Windows 10: No puedo jugar para nada Gta san andreas (I can not play at all Gta san andreas)

La verdad es la primera vez que me pasa tengo el San Andreas versión steam y se me cierra así por si solo, no me manda ningún mensaje de error ni nada solo se congela el juego y se cierra.

Antes pensaba que esto era causado por un mod o por las texturas instaladas pero poco a poco fui probando con menos cosas instaladas y el error persistía e igual borraba los archivos basura para que no causara error pero ni así

Ahora ya ni puedo jugar al juego virgen sin nada instalado, ya probé la versión steam, la iso original, igual varias crackeadas y la rip pero aun me sigue cerrando el juego, entonces no se si es el W10 el que me esta causando el problema o es la PC


Tengo mi pc actualizada, solo le falta la actualización de mayo de 2019 (1903) que no puedo instalarla solo me dice está en camino
