Windows 10: No recommended troubleshooter, last run: never

Recently upgraded to Windows 10 v2004. I'm trying to clean up an old AMD video driverusing the recommended steps here. When browsing to this microsoft help page it advises me to run a troubleshooting tool, but there's no option on the microsoft settings page see screenshot





I've looked everywhere within control panel but haven't been able to find anything that helps. I found asimilar post that seems to be locked without any discussion or suggestions as to a fix. Please advise!

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

windows 10 running slow

Welcome to Microsoft community.

I would suggest you to run System maintenance troubleshooter.

Try the followings steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
