Windows 10: No Sound for kids microsoft account. Help Pls.

Hi everyone,
I had created a kid's microsoft account for my pc, but strangely, when they sign in, the sound does not work at all. Eg., they go youtube to watch mtvs etc, they couldn't hear any sound. But when i checked the settings, was told the device is working properly.

Anyone can help me in this?

Currently there is no option available to Create a child account without a Email address. To help keep kids safer, adults and kids can connect their Microsoft accounts in the same family. For the same, they require Microsoft accounts. Once the family has
been set up, adults can block inappropriate websites, apps and games, limit overall screen time, see reports of kids’ activity, and add money to kids’ accounts.
