Burning photos to a CD Disc

Hi Jimmy,

We suggest that you use Windows Media Player to burn the images. Please follow the steps below:

• Open Windows Media Player.
• In the Player Library > Burn tab > select
  Burn options.
• Choose Audio CD or Data CD or DVD.
• Insert a blank disc into your CD or DVD burner. (Select the drive you want to use if your PC has more than one CD or DVD drive)
• Search for the items in your Player Library that you want to burn to the disc, and then drag them to the list pane (on the right side of the Player Library) to create a burn list.
• When you're finished with the list, select Start burn.

Note: If necessary, click the Clear list button to remove all items from the previous burn list.

CD plays one disc incorrectly

For us to isolate the issue, we would like to clarify if you were referring to another computer when you said
"The CD plays fine elsewhere so it is OK." on your first post. If so, is it both running Windows 10 version?

To identify the exact reason why the issue is happening, we suggest playing the disc manually using the steps below:

• Type File Explorer on Cortana/Search bar, then click it.
  
• On the File Explorer window, click This PC.
• Right-click on the CD drive then, click Open.
  
  
• The music files will show up, choose a certain music to play.

Let us know if the music will respond accordingly.

 

CD plays one disc incorrectly

Usually, when you insert a disc on the computer, the music will start automatically. There is a possibility that the music app that you are using is detecting a different playlist or music.

We need to clarify the following for us to identify what's causing the issue:

• Which music app are you using?
• Have you tried using a different music app?
• Did you personally created the playlist on the disc?
