Windows 10: no space

I want to delete everything off my laptop but I cannot because I need more space to reset it , I only want to do this so I can update it . I haven't even gotten to download anything on this laptop ,so how is there no space . a portable external hard drive doesn't even help

• What is the exact error message that you're getting when performing an update?

Moving Unallocated Disk Space to End of Disk

Was commenting on the pic in post #21. Not suggesting anything. It just looked like the step you were doing was incomplete.
