Windows 10: no speakers or headphone are plugged in's issues

so i have a problem with my pc's sound device. i don't really sure if the problem is on the hardware or the sound driver. my sound driver is AMD High Definition Audio Setting. there is red cross on the sound icon on the taskbar and it said "No Speakers or headphones are plugged in", "Setup Settup UNKNOWN". I searched for the solution, i fix the sound driver by updating, uninstalling and reboot it, but there was no effect. I installed the original sound driver from my pc's manufacture website, but again no effect. my sound still not worked. I can't even hear anything with my earphone plugged in. Can someone help my pc's issue? or does anyone who has the same problem with me and know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Speakers playing when headphones are plugged in

I have an HP laptop with windows 10. When my headphones are plugged in, the speakers are still playing. When I go to sounds, the only device listed is the speakers. How can I silence the speakers when the headphones are plugged in.
