    No WiFi, No Bluetooth in my Windows 10


    Can someone please help me how I can be able to use Wi-fi and Bluetooth in my Windows 10 PC since I can't find them anywhere. I have have Ethernet option.I've tried all the tutorials and helps, but nothing's working for me.I also can't turn up or down the display brightness.Please help me
